Deliveries within South Africa typically take between 3 to 5 working days. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

What delivery services do you use?

We use Postnet, Paxi and Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa to ensure that all your orders are delivered on time, every time.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R100 per order.

What is your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. However, we offer exchanges in special circumstances, such as receiving an incorrect product. Each case is evaluated by our management team to determine eligibility for an exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. Our payment gateway providers, Yoco, Payflex and Paystack, ensure a safe and secure transaction process.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
